ZNize Cloud Privacy Policy
ZNize LLC ("ZNize", "we", "us") provides the ZNize Cloud services ("the Cloud"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal and business data. Your data privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to protect your data privacy. We may update privacy policy without notice. You can view the latest privacy policy at https://znize.com/account/privacy-policy.xpg. By using the Cloud, you agree to this Privacy Policy and its future updates.- Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone, country, company information, login credentials.
- Customer Data: Data submitted to the Cloud by customers (“Customer Data”), which may include business data and personal information.
- Usage Data: IP address, device information, logs, and usage activity.
- How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- provide and operate the Cloud service
- authenticate users and secure accounts
- process payments
- provide support
- improve the Cloud service
- comply with legal obligations
- Customer Data
- Customer Data Privacy: ZNize processes Customer Data solely to provide the Cloud Service. Customers control their Customer Data and are responsible for its legality. We do not sell, rent, or monetize Customer Data. Access to Customer Data is limited to authorized personnel as necessary to provide the Service and subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Data Sharing: We may share minimum customer information(name and email) for payment processing, and they may collect your payment methods.
- Subprocessors: ZNize may use third-party providers to operate the Cloud service, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect data.
- Data Retention: We retain data as necessary to provide the Cloud Service and as required by law. Customer Data may be deleted after termination.
- Data Security: ZNize implements commercially reasonable safeguards including access control and data encryption. Only you and users authorized by you can see your business data.
- Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies are stored on your devices and will be sent with HTTPS requests over secure connection to the Cloud. Some cookies are necessary and others are to remember user preferences for improving user experience with the Cloud. Similarly, local storage data are stored on your devices and used for remembering user preferences for client side, and they will not be sent to the Cloud.
- Session Cookies
A session cookie is used to remember your current HTTPS session and keep you signed in. It is a necessary cookie, and will be deleted once you log out and close browser or session is expired. On a public untrusted device, you must log out and close browser after use to prevent others from using your active sessions. If cookies are disabled for your browser, session id will be added in browser URL addresses. Your active session can be hijacked if your session id is visible to others in public.
- Preference Cookies
Preference cookies are used to remember your preferences for using the Cloud. They will not be deleted when you log out, but they will be updated when you change your preferences.
- User Client Identifier Cookies
When you register or log into the Cloud from a device, a unique random identifier and a secret key will be generated as your device identifier and stored as cookies on your device. They are associated with your account. During multi-factor authentication, you can choose to trust the current device. If you choose to trust the device, the verification code step will be skipped when you log in from the same device next time. Do not trust any public shared devices. To distrust all used devices, go to (Manage Center > My Account > User Clients > Distrust All).
- Local Storage
Local storage data are used to remember user preferences on UI. Like preference cookies, they will not be deleted when you log out, but they will be updated when you change your preferences on UI.

- Request For Quote Data
When you submit a Request For Quote, we may collect your business information to provide you with the best pricing and services.
- License Files
When you request a software license file from the Cloud or by other means, we will collect licensee name and payment information (if required). License files are confidential.
- Data Deletion
If you discontinue the use of the Cloud, you can delete all data owned by your account including business data in your Tenants. Once deleted, your data can not be recovered.
